If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make further changes.
