This is open to any age! Each student will create a double heart hanger. We will be using amazing rice paper designed by Lynne. We learn how to decoupage. Layer pieces on top of papers from Tim Holtz. We will use lots of fun Pentart products. Come join this beginner-friendly class taught by Julie Fenton. These are so cute for gift tags! Class includes all supplies needed! Only 10 spaces available.
